Confirms that the resident belongs to a low-income household, needed for medical assistance, DSWD programs, or scholarships.

Barangay Business Clearance

A requirement for registering or renewing a small business operating within the barangay’s jurisdiction.

Certificate of Solo Parent

Issued to solo parents so they can access benefits under the Solo Parents’ Welfare Act.

Certificate of Transfer

Proof that a resident has moved in or out of the barangay, used for record updating or school transfer.

Certificate of Livelihood Membership
